I heard it's not authentic pho unless the name of the shop has numbers. Big bowl of hearty Beef Pho ($10) with generous amount of mixed beef parts. My fav was slurping up the rice noodles w the hot beefy, herby broth. Brought back good memories from HCMC, phobulous 👌🏻
