Featuring:
Sambal cereal chicken - $7.20
Mildest of the series.
Savoury with hints of sweetness
_
Sambal crispy chicken - $7.20
Fried with sambal and bean sprouts is added for additional crunchiness.
The bean sprouts also helps to reduce the degree of spiciness.
Looks like a plate fried carrot cake. Don’t let the appearance fools you.
_
Sambal pork - $7.90
Spiciest in the whole series.
Crispy prawn pasted belly pork is topped with Chilli pepper flakes.
Spicy yet very addictive.
Some spice girls were seen scooping chilli flakes and ate with the sambal pork.
Adore this very much.
Good to eat on its own or with a bowl of steaming hot rice.
Caution: Please standby icy lemonade for heat relief.
_
Additional:
Sambal chicken skin - $5.90
Deep fried chicken skin is topped with chilli flakes from the sambal pork.
Crispy, crunchy, spicy chicken skin. Addictive. Approach with caution.
