This trending noodle bar is not the most photogenic (due to bad lighting) but it's so much fun you probably won't be too bothered about 'gramming. Happy to report that the food lived up to its hype. What I had was braised namyu pork reimagined: crispy namyu pork with black fungus paste for dipping. The pork was nicely crisped, tender and flavourful of saltish namyu, which really hit it off with the creamy black paste. The side of wanton soup seems simple enough, and the wantons truly were. On the other hand, the incredibly sweet soup caught us off guard with its fragrance of scallop and scallions. You'll enjoy the noodles if you like authentic HK-style noodles (thin and stringy, these sometimes feel like a convoluted mess in your mouth). Finally, pray for a soft boiled egg done well because even when we had it overdone, the herbal flavours presented much potential.
