The Egg ($9 😱)

The egg 🥚was served with tobiko, ikura, homemade potato chips and beurre noisette (warm sauce). Reminded me much of chawamushi especially with all the fish roe added. Veered towards the saltier side and I'm not too sure of the purpose the potato chips served. Nevertheless still an enjoyable dish.
