Meat lovers will be delighted with this new Tokyo Beef Maze-soba ($15.80++) at @menyakokorosg, which features thinly sliced beef slices that were sufficiently tender. 😍😍😍 I would have preferred the beef slices to be thicker for a nicer mouthfeel, but the flavourful marinate made up for it. 👌🏻

With a good balance of meats (with both their robust-tasting minced meat sauce 💯 & beef slices) & vegetables 💚 (chopped spring onion & chives) in this bowl, this definitely was a worthy uplift of the original maze-soba. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Staying proudly a constant are the thick springy soba noodles made with multi-grain flour in house daily, which renders a very pleasant chew. 😋😋😋
