So far, I've only had the Earl Grey Lavender Cake! It was sooo good. The cake falls on the dense side (not fluffy) but not too nua. It was very moist and the Earl Grey and lavender flavour balances each other out well. Personally, I would prefer more lavender taste. The lemon curd does gives it a refreshing note so that's lovely too.
