I was absolutely mind blown, as were my fellow female dining companions. This was the dessert we almost didn’t order but so so glad we did.

Creamy smooth celery infused custard with a touch of much needed acidity from buttermilk, crisp fresh celery and a sweet buckwheat crumble.
