As this hawker centre mainly operates in the day, come night time, there are only a handful of food stalls that are still serving the dinner crowd and Sin Ho commands the longest queue. As they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, this makes it even harder to try to get their best selling Har Cheong Gai (Pictured is the $9 portion) as it gets sold out pretty quickly which I have personally experienced it a couple of times. The prawn paste chicken, in my humble opinion, definitely ranks up the best that you can get as the umami flavour from the prawn paste marinate and juicy chicken is a killer combination. You just cannot stop going back for more and they do have a whole menu of other stir fry zi char dishes such as lala clams, prawn omelette and pork ribs.
