When we were here for their newly-launched Sunday Brunch service, we couldn’t resist ordering one of nearly every dessert on their menu (not all are pictured though).
In the foreground is the “Whipped” Cheesecake ($10++) which had the polar opposites of thick, creamy chunks of the cheese part of a cheesecake face off a refreshingly tart passionfruit sorbet and crunchy slabs of shortbread.
Composing chocolate, bananas, oats and milk ice-cream, the Banoffee ($12++) was easy to love.
My firm favourite was the Yogurt Panna Cotta ($10++) which came covered in a cherries granita and almond flakes.
Not shown above is the popular Chocolate Bar - it doubled as my nephew @eugeenne_’s birthday cake. With a texture resembling that of a firm mousse, it was plated with hazelnut praline and banana ice-cream.
