checking out Singapore's first outer space-themed resturant specialising in Sichuan cuisine @ChefChina. The entire restaurant is decorated with space-themed elements, from backlit LED display with a galaxy-themed backdrop, to an astronaut statue you can snap photos with. The menu highlights authentic Sichuan cuisine not commonly found in Singapore such as Griddle Duck Feet, Stir-fry Spicy Bullfrog With Clam, Dahua Fat Intestine. Some of the food presentations are absolutely stunning too!

what I tried,

Gongbao Prawn Balls
This dish is presented with a mini astronaut standing admist the dry ice with CO2 coming off the portholes. Very in line with the space-themed and very instagrammable. The bouncy prawn is deliciously coated in a balance spicy sweet sauce sauce with a really good crunch and is beautifully curl up into little ball. I also love the cashew nuts that come along in it.

@chefchina certainly boasts of an out-of-this-world dining experience.
