The miso topping gave a really savoury element to the gunkan. Generous portion of fresh snow crab shreds as well.

Also had the Sen-ryo Tamagoyaki with Mentaiko Sauce ($2.80) pictured behind. I am usually not that huge a fan of tamago but this blew my mind. The tamagoyaki was thick, yet so soft and fluffy. There was a subtle sweetness that was not too overwhelming, and if anything the mentaiko sauce helped to elevate the flavour quite a bit with its savouriness.
