Been hearing so much about Keen's Bagelry so I headed down to try it out and it did not disappoint. I added on a mozzarella egg and it was BUSSIN.

The bagel is on the chewier side but isnt tough, and the chicken thigh meat is tender and super flavourful. The truffle is also quite strong and can be tasted throughout the entire bagel.

The eggs are soft and really well cooked, and the mozzarella adds some extra cheesiness to it.

Altogether a super fantastic bagel that I'd travel down again for!
