This 𝗰𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗽𝘆 𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗿 ($5.50) contained generous chunks of crackling sio bak that sported plenty of fatty meat (perhaps not quite melt-in-your-mouth) — surprisingly good for a burger stall. The mustard's sharpness also blended well with the savoury-sweet sauce, creating a good counterpoint to the heaviness of the sio bak.

Always liked their solid burgers, especially with the affordable price tag, they'll be missed. (Hopefully they reopen somewhere)
