the 𝘿𝙪𝙘𝙠𝙮 𝙄𝙣𝙙𝙤𝙣 [$18] was pretty good, as the duck slices had a nice charred flavour and the indo mee sauce below had a nice umami taste! portions were good too🤗 i think the presentation can be improved in terms of the poached egg though—the egg white came slightly broken up.
