Erm, kinda difficult to appreciate this dish. Incredibly jelat from the thick tasteless cream(it's not even a cream sauce anymore, it's straight up thickened cream)

The small portion is more than enough for sharing. I doubt most of us not accustomed to French cuisine can take more than a few spoonfuls of this. The ravioles? was thin and filled with chives and cheese, the moistness is balanced but the taste is super mild due to the ratio of filling to skin.

The florets of Tete de Moine were delicious though, very savoury with a slight funk. I don't think it's bad, but I can't appreciate this dish much
