This must be the best kept secret .

Everything on this plate was done so well .

The tamago was warm and cooked till soft and moist and the freshness of the salmon was exceptional , the salmon Aburi melted away on my palate .

Even the miso soup was no ordinary soup , it was sweetened with clams .

At 18 dollars - this was shockingly affordable.

This place definitely presents so much more value than the stalls at Hokkaido Marche .
