You get to choose from four bases and customise pretty much everything else in your bowl, from the noodle doneness and cut of meat to the garnishes and spice level. This bowl is your standard tonkotsu very well done for the price – flavorful broth that's not too jelak, and a succulent slab of pork belly that's melt-in-your-mouth in places. One of the best ramen I've had in Singapore.
