✨Wagyu Beef Donburi✨
The beef was easy to chew, and not too rare. It was soft and tender, but there was not much flavour on its own. I feel they should add more pepper to it. The egg yolk adds a nice gooey texture to the entire dish, connecting the beef and rice together. It is the ingredient that makes this dish stand out from other restaurants. There is a creamy sauce as well, which I personally think it goes well with the meat. The Japanese rice was not dry, hence was able to eat it on its own without any sauce. It is not a mind-blowing dish, but it looks really appetising and it is quite good quality for a reasonable price.
