Huge lover of all things purple and Cafe Coco’s newly launched weekend brunch set, particularly their French Lavender Ricotta Hotcake, immediately snagged our attention💜Reminiscent of our Melbourne cafe days, we’re always in search of some light airy hotcakes🥞Cafe Coco’s hotcakes were a little too dense for our liking but that mixture of sunflower and pumpkin seeds added a lovely crunch to it. The waffles topped with raspberry coulis were a tad too sweet for our liking. If you’re not a huge fan of sweets, opt for a savoury main as to prep yourself for cakes as your last course😂Overall, a sugar overload but aesthetics and service wise is 💯💯💯
