My usual order at Genki is often everything mentaiko, and I finally got to try this! Freshly fried and served super crispy, the mentaiko sauce + fries combi was shiok but there wasn’t enough sauce to go around the whole bowl. A tip I learnt, if you like kewpie (Japanese mayo), Genki serves complimentary packets of them and we enjoyed dipping that with our remaining fries!
