After inhaling my half of the divine beef sharing platter, I felt like something light and fruity for dessert. The Passionfruit Swirl Pavlova hit the bullseye.
It arrived with the dainty meringue plated with chunks of fresh mango, toasted coconut pieces and a refreshing lime-scented chantilly cream. The balance struck between sweet and tart in this was very pleasing to me.
Pairing nicely with it was a small glass of Graham’s 10 Year Old Tawny Port that came courtesy of our friendly and knowledgeable waiter Adery Ng.
