Such a satisfying bowl of soba! This dish was light and refreshing but still flavourful. The daikon soaked up the sauce the cold soba was in, providing an excellent balance of sweet (from daikon) and savoury (from sauce) which paired wonderfully with the chewy noodles! Definitely will visit again, the staff was very friendly as well!
