The medium-rare beef was quite tender but under-seasoned in my opinion. The pan-seared foie gras was delectable, adding that desired buttery richness which complemented the steak. I wasn’t exactly fond of the sweet rossini sauce and thought that having the truffle cream sauce instead might be more enjoyable.
