Among the 2 new flavours, I personally prefer Biscotti which had a flavour resembling that of a caramelised cookie, coupled with a characteristic nutty undertone that was also aromatic, striking a complementary balance to the subtle, luscious caramelised sweetness. The twist with seasalt also added a pleasant tinge of saltiness and hence you get a 3-in-1 mix of sweet, nutty and a slightly salty flavour profile. On the other hand, the lychee rose was milky, creamy which tasted really similar to a local flavour we are all familiar with- Bandung. Not that itโ€™s bad but it just tasted artificial imo, with the fruity notes of lychee barely distinctive here but rather a milky floral flavour that embodies the entire softserve. Glad to have the seasalt present here which helps to provide a slight alleviation to the cloying, artificial sweetness. But still, I would highly recommend just going for the Biscotti unless you are a huge fan of Bandung. On a side note, I just realized that sampling are allowed after witnessing 2 customers requesting for it while I was indulging in the softserves! ๐Ÿ˜ฎ Yay to wiser decisions prior to purchase in the future! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™†๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ .

[PS: Biscotti and Lychee rose would be available till 15th Jan, before the next series of rotational flavours] .
