Old school Cantonese porridge or congee where the rice is broken down completely to give it a smooth yet still slightly grainy feel. This the full works entitled mandarin congee filled with pork innards, century egg, cuttlefish and lightly seasoned with sesame and soy. So comforting and satisfying, so hard to get this level of congee anymore. Definitely my fav of favs :)))))
