Soufflé Pancake layered with homemade sweet cream and sprinkled with cocoa powder and berries, topped with espresso ice cream. $19.90

The staff informed us that the pancakes require a 20min wait but the wait was v well worth as the pancake was so fluffy and bouncy. The cream was just nice and not too gelat as well. (I could have eaten the whole plate myself.) The espresso ice cream was average compared to ice cream cafes but it's okay as the pancake is the limelight of the dish. Definitely one of the best soufflé pancakes around. 👍👍👍
