Very generous portion. I like that you can choose up to 2 bases and they have hot protein and grilled vegetables - perfect for people like me that want to eat clean but hate raw veggies.

Base: Cauliflower rice + quinoa w/ chickpeas, mushroom etc (love that they have cauliflower rice!)
Protein: Grilled tandoori? (I’m not sure actually) chicken breast
4 veggies: grilled eggplant, grilled mushroomx2, beetroot
Sauce: Plum sesame (tasty!)

I feel that sauce is not necessary although it taste good with the chicken. I asked for mine heated up but it is not hot enough. You can pay with fave. I will definitely be back
