Salmon Soba Noodles - $18

The meal consist of Poached Salmon, paired with Soy Shimeji & Furikake Crispy Egg which is quite interesting on first sight, giving the plain egg an unique taste. The Salmon is to be paired with the Cilantro-Lime Nori Yogurt, which is slightly sour, so addictive that I requested for second serving. Lastly, I bite into the soba and woah, was blown away. Was expecting something pale in taste, it’s bursting with flavours in every bite! Refreshing for sure, and I finished it in no time. But warning, there’s small cubes of ginger so fine that I can’t remove it from the soba, other than that, it’s worth giving it a try yourself
