Definitely not your average spam chips. Crisp and not at all greasy, with the insides still soft and moist, the lunch chips themselves were definitely one of the better ones I've had. The most ingenious component though, was the super addictive yuzu mayo on the side. The yuzu gave it a slight bitterness and tang that cuts through both the creamy mayo and the salty spam. I don't even like mayo, and I finished this lot — and an additional saucer.
