[NEW BLOG POST] The colourful platter of Sashimi Mori 🐟 at @matsuyasushibar was filled with fresh sashimi including Otoro (Tuna Belly), Amberjack Belly, Scallop, Shiro Ebi (White Shrimp) and Kinmedai (Golden Eye Alfonsino) with truffle sauce.

The thick slice of premium Otoro was so fresh, juicy and tender.😋 The Kinmedai with truffle sauce is worth mentioning as well.👍 We could already smell the fragrance of truffle before delivering the sashimi into our mouth.
