The Cartilage ($2.80++) was interesting - nice & crunchy, a texture that I was intrigued by & appreciated. Something I haven't had before, actually. But it was unfortunately too heavily salted with the combination & heavy-handedness of both sea salt & togarashi.

Gave feedback about this & they took it into account. I would hope they've fixed this since then. It's always nice to speak to chefs/owners/staff that are open to feedback.
