Thick-cut slices of Batang (Spanish mackerel) served in a light and clear soup with tofu and vegetables. The fish slices were fresh, firm, smooth and tender while the soup has a clean taste (not bland) with some hints of sweetness from the fish and vegetables. They are very generous with their servings and they also serve braised dishes as sides to go along with the fish soup.
