Okay... Issa Big plate of hor fun flood with soya saucey, garlicky and eggy gravy with chicken, prawn and bok choy in it.
I must say their white hor fun surprisingly got a light wok hei from the stir-frying before got flooded by that savoury eggy sauce. Prawn had a springy texture. Chicken was normal, a bit overcooked. Bok choy normal. The gravy sauce is yum. It paired well with the hor fun and such a big plate, its quite worth it.πŸ˜‹
