Ideal for tea time, Burnt Ends' Scones ($19.30/ half dozen) were simply lovely. I had warmed them up in the toaster for a couple of minutes and so when I had them they were slightly crumbly on the outside and tender on the inside. They were also buttery and not overly dense. Great with a side of chilled sweet strawberry jam, the scones were lightly sweetened on their own and really the best accompaniment to a warm cup of tea.
