Udon broth is well balanced between the umami and clear taste which I like.. I don't like the too-heavy, fishy kind. The tempura is crunchy, but it didn't blend so well with the togarashi (this is level 2 spiciness btw). Generous portion as well.

One note is that the waitstaff wasn't patient at all in explaining the dish and the spiciness level. She seemed to rush everything and got me to just choose level 2 right away saying level 3 is "wasabi spicy la just choose level 2" even when I originally told her I wanted level 3! What was her fascination with level 2 about? Alright maybe she had other tables to wait and the turnaround has to be quick but don't customers also deserve to know what I eat, no? Furthermore I was seated at the counter table which is not as popular as the main dining area and only one other seats out of five on the counters were filled hence seat turnaround may not be an issue here.
