The old school type of wanton noodles, even with the stall holders serving it to your table. I heard that this stall is popular because of the noodles texture. True enough the eggy noodles of a paler yellow color were springy without any bitterness. The wantons were better than expected, with each one being crunchy from all the water chestnut bits, well seasoned pork meat and a generous amount of fresh prawn meat!
