The staff at Carol Mel Cafe recommended the Mao Shan Wang Durian Creme Brûlée (S$9.00), and I seriously wonder why they did not want to put this in their menu.

For those who thinks size matters for their dessert, this bowl may seem to be a tad mini to the eyes. However, its taste that’s rich of MSW durian, and the solid layer of torched sugar on the top is beyond words. If you are a hardcore durian lover, please eat one portion by yourself.

And yah. Why is it not listed in their menu?
