This was SO TENDER! The bone just came loose... I chose the thigh piece when given the option, so I'm not sure it would be this tender if you choose breast. Chicken breast does tend to go dry easily. It was so well marinated! This was one of the most tender and tasty chicken I've had in a while! Wish the chilli was more spicy. It was just the dark sweet soy sauce. Still worked with the chicken 🤷🏽‍♀️
