Haven't had this old school favourite: hae bee hiam (HBH aka 蝦米辣) bun. This is nice because the bun is very soft and the HBH is stir fried and not too spicy. Reminiscent of making my own HBH sandwich between traditional (杰 cafe style) white bread.
