Throwback to the great meal at CHAR for my birthday treat with the best buddies from my ex-workplace! ❤❤❤

Here's the feast we had:
🔹️Triple Roast ($34 for 450g of Char Siew, Soya Chicken, Roast Pork): THE BEST!!! 💯 Love the char siew the best - perfectly charred with sweet caramelised glaze, its smokey flavours were on point! Generally a bit fatty but JUICY! 🤤 Roast Pork was crispy too 👍🏻

🔹️Three Treasures ($14): Chinese spinach cooked in a delicious broth with salted egg, century egg & egg. Cat go wrong with my favourite 三蛋 combi! 💕 .
🔹️Spicy 4 Seasons Beans ($12): French beans stir-fried with minced pork & spicy peppercorn. Very flavourful! 😋😋😋 .
🔹️Signature Double Boiled Chicken Soup ($10): Their Signature Double Boiled Chicken Soup with scallops & fungi that has been cooked on low-heat for many hours to extract the maximum flavours was a great start to our meal. 👏🏻 Limited portions daily so you’ll need to be early or need some luck! ⭐

🔹️Hot & Sour Soup ($6): A soup that is jam-packed with wood ear fungus, tofu, pickled vegetables, chilli, shrimp & pork. Appetising indeed! 😉

Overall, Char houses decent tzechar which is quite worth it with #BurppleBeyond 1 for 1, & outstanding roasts (though no 1for1, this is a must-try! ✔) Yummy meal! 😋
