The grilled white miso eggplant was my favourite of all the toppings, but all the charred vegetables actually went really well with the quinoa. Quite liked the soft and tender pulled chicken as well. I feel the entire bowl was made for those who were lazy to chew on their food (re: me). Wish the portion was bigger but having this superbowl with their coffee was quite filling to be honest.
