As expected of a Paella - moist and super flavourful with chock full of ingredients (think prawns, mussels, huge chicken pieces and calamari and slices of chorizo). Fed then both of us really well (esp. when we are both well known big eaters 😹). The dish could be more well seasoned though - found parts of it to be over-salted (need to #saltbae it more?). The slight kiss of lemon elevated the whole taste - I feel I could eat it forever 😋
