Not a fan of wanton mee generally but this is truly the best I've had. Always felt that they were lacklustre in terms of the dry noodles, the sauce not coating the noodles well and the sauce itself is usually damn average.

The char siew had a really nice bounce, the wantons were quite flavourful, and the noodles were rather soft w a slight bite. No alkaline taste. Sauce was slightly viscous, sweet salty, and had a palpable heat but entices you to keep going.
