I liked the compact texture, and strong meaty as well as smoky flavours in Yujin Izkaya’s tsukune. Unlike many other places, the tare glaze is spot on and not overly salty. What we missed though, was the egg yolk dipping sauce commonly served alongside tsukune at kushiyaki joints here.
