Having Lu Rou Fan here (or i should call it 焢肉飯?) as lunch as it is quite satisfying! The Lu Rou is marinated pretty well. Together with the sous vide egg on top and the sauce, the rice bowl is not dry and it’s pretty easy to finish a bowl! I wish the sauce could be sweeten a bit, i feel the sauce is a bit plain with only saltiness.
