Sio bak, as how we locals like to call it, is one of my food weakness. Watching countless Youtube clips educated me one thing: it takes time & effort to roast a crispy & juicy pork belly.

While I'm still procrastinating on attempting the roast pork dish in my kitchen, I know I can head down to Essen @ The Pinnacle to satisfy my pork belly craving at Garçons. Reasonably priced at S$16.90, the crisp of the pork belly skin is out of this world. They do mashed potato unbelievably well too! This french stall made it to my "return list". Do support them as they have a social cause to it. Eating never felt this good 😋
