I.finally.got.my.hands.on.this. I mean after being bombarded with these artisan, “avant- garde” croissants all over social media but never getting down to preorder a batch from the Lavender/ Bugis location; I can taste these art pieces from Bedok! The croissant carried a buttery profile that left oil stains on the bag it came in, as all true croissants should. Nice and detailed layers, the croissants here are chewy which reminded me these were cool and different mochi croissants! While there are many food fads around, I hope and am confident this isn’t one in the category as I already cannot wait to get these again 🙃
