It is usually a no brainer for me whenever there is pork in the main menu. And I am glad I did as I really enjoyed the tender, nutty porky flavor of the pork. Thanks to the intramuscular fat in the meat, this results in the juicy and rich texture (almost resembling Wagyu beef) The pommery mustard is amazing and really enhances the pork, goes well with the creamy mash too! I’ll definitely be back for this!
