Did not regret one bit signing up for the Mead the Maker: Rachelle and the Chocolate tasting session organised by Temple Cellars.

Learnt about (and tasted!) the wine reminiscent mead from local brewer Rachelle The Rabbit Meadery.

First in the tasting course was a special mead not in the market yet, brewed from honey of the stingless bee in Malaysia. Light and not too heavy on the ABV, this mead paired well with Fossa Chocolate's Guatemala-Lachuá 70% dark chocolate. The natural sweetness of the chocolate was enhanced with every sip of the mead
