Havenโt been to Olla Specialty Coffee since pre-pandemic. Now they have a lunch menu serving pastas and sandwiches (at least I donโt recall a lunch menu on my last visit). But I was there for breakfast and I picked the tried-and-tested ๐ฆ๐๐ป๐๐ต๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ ($11.80)
The combination of sunny egg, cheddar cheese, honey-baked ham and crispy bacon between brioche buns was hearty and satisfying, with the maple mustard sauce and caramelised onions adding a pleasurable punch of sweetness.
I also loved the ๐ฑ ๐ข๐ ๐๐ฎ๐น๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ ($5), whose aromatic, medium-bodied profile was excellent. Despite being located in a quaint neighbourhood thatโs not near any MRT station, @ollacoffee is a cafe Iโd gladly return to.
